All prices are daily rates in euros incl. VAT. The price is per apartment and night for single occupancy, excluding breakfast. For an additional person we charge a surcharge of €20.00 per night. Children up to 3 years stay free in the parents' apartment. For an additional child bed / sleeping cube or an adult bed we charge a one-off €30.00. Please indicate this when booking.
Weekly cleaning is included and covers waste disposal and a change of bed linen and towels. In case of heavy soiling we reserve the right to charge extra.
Dogs by prior arrangement only – please state this in your enquiry. We confirm on a case-by-case basis.

Service
Our service frees you from tiresome everyday chores. Take the opportunity to escape the daily routine.
- Additional apartment cleaning on request (Comfort 25 €, Comfort Plus/Deluxe/Suite 30 €, Suite Deluxe 35 € per cleaning)
- Bathroom equipment: 1 bath towel and 1 small towel per person, high chair on request
- Reliable mail delivery via the boardinghouse
- On-site parking in the large courtyard or across the street
- External breakfast on request at a nearby bakery
- Lockable bicycle storage with e-bike charging station
- In-house laundry: washing machine, dryer and ironing station free to use
General information
- Booking
- Apartment reservations are considered binding once we have received written confirmation.
- Payment
- The cost of your stay can be paid in cash, by bank transfer, by debit card or by VISA or MASTERCARD credit card on departure. For longer stays, invoicing takes place at the end of the month. Additional costs are settled on site.
- Arrival/Departure
- On the day of arrival the apartments are ready from 2:00 p.m. On the day of departure they are available to you until 10:30 a.m. Changes to occupancy on arrival and departure days on request. In case of early departure, 70% of the remaining days will be charged.
- Apartments
- All apartments are non-smoking. Smoking is only permitted on the balcony or terrace. The apartment description may vary.
- Cancellations
- Please submit cancellations in writing. Cancellations up to 4 weeks before arrival are free of charge. For cancellations within 4 weeks or in case of no-show, the cancellation fee is 80% of the agreed total price.
